The top regional workforce-related priority for our region is increasing partnerships between organizations.
Participants in the Community Health Conversation overwhelmingly agree that the majority of our region’s opportunity lies in connecting with each other to establish partnerships. A major priority identified is for high schools and colleges to link students with employers for career exposure, job opportunities, mentoring, and/or apprenticeships. Additionally, the opportunity to expand relationships aligned with the number one wish list goal: increasing collaboration within our region.
