A top regional workforce-related priority was offering hands-on experience to students and new staff.

The top recruiting strategy identified during the CHC was individuals’ feeling of making an impact; which was also one of the top retention factors. It is clear that by offering opportunities to directly experience the impact of the work being done, organizations can better recruit and retain staff, while also developing skill and enhancing morale and motivation.

Please share your expertise and experience if there are any opportunities or connections you are looking to make in this area.
